Holter Rental

 Heart health of our dobermans is something that all DPCIN members take very seriously.

One of the benefits of membership is that DPCIN members are allowed to rent a five lead heart monitor from the club and have those results read by a cardiac approved veternarian with results sent directly to members.   

Rental cost is $35 and comes with both a medium size and large size vest as well as the supplies for doing the holter test.

The program is simple:

* Members contact the Holter Chairman (Kim Howard)  and fill out the Heart Holter Rental Agreement below and send the signed agreement and rental fee to Kim either by mail or electronically as indicated on the Heart Holter Rental Agreement.
* Members are placed on the list for rental and notified of the expected date of the holter being sent to them.
* After the Holter has been worn by the appropriate doberman the Holter is sent back to the Holter Chairman and you submit your data to the lab directly.
* Results are sent directly to members. In order to have the most efficient use of the Holter vest members are strongly encouraged to do their 24 hour monitoring as soon as possible and send the vest back to the Holter Chairman as soon as possible.
